www.suckerforsoccer.com is a Zoran Lucic Brand with exclusive and worldwide License given to Sergeant Paper Sarl (french company).
It is first specified that the conditions manage the sales of art works and other products presented on www.suckerforsoccer.com. These terms are the only ones that can be applicable.
ARTICLE 1 – THE CUSTOMER
To be a Customer of the Website you must be a consumer of legal age and with full legal capacity or to be authorized by your parents to order on the Website. The personal information you give to SERGEANT PAPER when opening your customer account or upon any order you may place must be complete, accurate and up to date. SERGEANT PAPER would not be responsible for undelivered product should the data prove incorrect. SERGEANT PAPER reserves the right to cancel any order should the IP address of the customer be located in a country different from the billing and/or the delivery address.
ARTICLE 2 – ORDERING

The acceptance of orders placed on the Website is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by SERGEANT PAPER. This takes the form of a series of succeeding screen pages indicating the steps to be taken by customers to validate their order. You will have the possibility, before final validation of your order, to verify your order details and the total price, and to correct any possible errors, before confirming it and expressing your acceptance. Every confirmed order applies as a sale contract and an acceptance of all the present stipulations.
Once you have validated your order, SERGEANT PAPER will promptly confirm receipt by sending you an e-mail to the address provided to us. In that aim, you formally accept the use of e-mail by SERGEANT PAPER to confirm the content of your order. This confirmation e-mail will include all of the information provided by you, as well as the accepted price and terms of payment.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICING
Prices are indicated in Euros and all taxes are included except customs taxes and shipping costs. These prices are displayed in Euros (€).
In case you order from another country than France you are the importer of the concerned products. For every products shipped out of the EU and DOM-TOM, the price will be calculated with the VAT included referring to the French law. Some custom taxes can be asked by the customs of the country of destination depending on the legislation of that country. SERGEANT PAPER cannot be held responsible for these taxes. You will be charged in addition to the amount you will have already paid to SERGEANT PAPER. We advise you to get in touch with your local authorities in order to get more information.
All the orders must be paid in Euros (€).
SERGEANT PAPER can change some prices at any moment but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices displayed during the recording of the orders.
ARTICLE 4 – CONFIRMATION
When you click on the button ‘Confirm my order’ after the ordering process, you declare that you accept fully and without any reserve your order including the totality of the General Terms of Sales.
The recorded data on www.suckerforsoccer.com is a proof for the totality of the transactions done by SERGEANT PAPER and its customers.
The data recorded by the Banque Populaire (Bank)’s payment system or by the Paypal service account are a proof of the financial transactions.
ARTICLE 5 – AVAILABILITY
Our products are offered in the limit of the available stock.
When a product is not available anymore, it will be displayed SOLD OUT and you will not have the possibility to order it anymore.
ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process.
Sold products are shipped every Tuesday by registered mail, delivered against signature.
We take a meticulous care in packing and shipping products. Every Art work bought , made from paper, is sent in a postal tube. Every other products are sent in bubble reinforced envelopps. A two euro fee is added to the shipping fees for packaging costs.
The timing for delivery is medium timing and corresponds to timing in treatment and delivery for the products sent from Metropolitan France.
In case of unusual delay you will receive an email.
In the territories outside the European Union, it is recalled that delivery may be delayed for so long as customs formalities and duties have not been carried out or paid by you, and you agree to this.
SERGEANT PAPER cannot be held responsible for the delays.
In case of damaged delivery (already opened, missing product…), the Customer is due to notify the transport service and SERGEANTPAPER using the contact form on this website, by any means, its refusal of the product within 3 days following the delivery.

All payments are done either through the secure payment tool provided by The Banque Populaire (Bank) or through the Paypal service.

ARTICLE 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All the text, commentaries, books, illustrations and images reproduced on the website www.suckerforsoccer.com are worldwide reserved to the title of copyrights. To that title and according to the disposals of the Intellectual Property Code, only private use is allowed and that under reserve of some more restrictive disposal of the Intellectual Property Code. Every other use can be considered as falsification and punished according to the Intellectual Property Code except for prior SERGEANT PAPER agreement. Every total or partial reproduction of the SuckerForSoccer catalogue is strictly forbidden.
ARTICLE 11 – RESPONSIBILITY
The products offered on www.suckerforsoccer.com comply with the French Law. It belongs to you to check with your local authorities your right to import the products you want to buy. The photography and the texts presenting the products are not contractual. As a result, SERGEANT PAPER‘s responsibility could not be engaged in case of mistake in one of these photos or texts. www.sergeantpaper.com cannot be responsible for the non execution of the contract in case of end of stock or unavailability of the product, major force, disturbance or complete strike or restricted postal service and means of transport and communication, flooding, fire.
SERGEANT PAPER will not engage any responsibility for any indirect damages, loss of exploitation, loss of benefit, loss of chance, damage or fees.
Some hypertext links can redirect the user to some other websites. SERGEANT PAPER will not engage its responsibility in the case where the content of these sites would not respect the legal dispositions and the rules acting.
The present contract is submitted to French law. The language of the contract is in both languages: French and English. In case of trouble only the French court will be compliant.
ARTICLE 12 – PRIVACY
SERGEANT PAPER will not transfer to a third party the private information communicated. This information is confidential. It will be used only by our internal services to treat your orders and to improve and adapt the communication and the cultural offer reserved to the SuckerForSoccer customers.
