Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process.

Sold products are shipped every Tuesday by registered mail, delivered against signature.

We take a meticulous care in packing and shipping orders. Every Art work bought , made from paper, is sent in a postal tube. Apparel and accessories are shipped in  soft bubble reinforced envelopps. A two euro fee is added to the shipping fees for packaging and handling costs.

The timing for delivery is medium timing and corresponds to timing in treatment and delivery for the products sent from Metropolitan France.

In case of unusual delay you will receive an email.

In the territories outside the European Union, it is recalled that delivery may be delayed for so long as customs formalities and duties have not been carried out or paid by you, and you agree to this.

In case of damaged delivery (already opened, missing product…), the Customer is due to notify the transport service and SERGEANTPAPER SARL, by any means, its refusal of the product within 3 days following the delivery.
